Questions
What does a photo cost?
5 credits, and a re-roll is 5 more. If a photo fails, the 5 credits come back on their own.
What happens to plan credits I don't use?
They last until your next month starts, then new ones replace them; they don't add up. A yearly plan gets its credits month by month too.
I have a plan and a pack. Which credits go first?
The ones that run out soonest, so usually this month's plan credits. Your pack credits wait, and keep their 2 years.
How long do pack credits last?
2 years from the day you buy them. A pack is paid once and never renews.
How do I cancel my plan?
Open Billing from the menu under your email and tap Cancel plan. It stops renewing; your plan and its credits run until the end of the period you paid for, and Keep my plan undoes it until then. On a yearly plan we also email you 3 days before it renews.
Can I get my money back?
Yes, within 14 days of any purchase, for the credits you haven't used: a pack, a plan's first payment or a renewal. Refund it in Billing; you get back the price paid times the share of its credits left. Refunding a plan payment ends the plan. Photos you made stay yours.
Is tax included?
Yes. The price you see is the price you pay, shown in your currency at checkout.
Is there a free plan?
No. Your first 8 photos are free, once, so you can judge Luala on your own face before you pay. After that, every photo takes credits from a plan or a pack.
Why does a photo take 5 credits?
A credit is one cent of what Google or fal charges for the model. A photo costs about 5 cents to make, so it takes 5 credits. What we earn is in the price of the credits, not added to each photo.
