Within 14 days of any purchase, you get back what you paid for the credits from it you haven't used. It's one tap in Billing, and nobody asks why.
1. What it covers
Every purchase: a credit pack, and every plan payment, monthly or yearly.
2. How much comes back
The share of the price that matches the credits from that purchase you haven't spent. Buy 125 credits for $19, spend 25, and $15.20 comes back.
Credits are spent soonest-expiring first, and every credit spent is counted against the purchase it came from, so what's left of each purchase is always known. Billing shows it next to each purchase you can still refund.
3. What doesn't come back
Credits you have spent: their photos were made. The exception is a photo that fails, whose credits come back on their own at any time.
4. Plans
Refunding a plan payment cancels the plan at once, and the unspent credits from that payment go.
5. How the money comes back
To the card or account you paid with, through Link, Stripe's checkout. Link emails you when it's on its way. How soon it shows depends on your bank.
6. Your rights by law
Link sells credits and plans to you as reseller. If the law of the country where you live gives you a right to withdraw from the purchase, you have it with Link, under Link's terms. This guarantee comes on top of that right. It never takes anything away from it.
7. Before you delete your account
Deleting your account takes its unused credits with it. If a purchase is still within its 14 days, refund it in Billing first.
