Questions
Is Luala made by Lensa?
No. Luala is made by Die Digitalen GmbH in Zürich and has no connection to Lensa. Lensa is a trademark of its owner.
Is there an app to install?
No. Luala runs in the browser on your phone or computer, at luala.app.
What do I need to start?
Between 1 and 15 selfies from your phone. Different angles and light give Luala more to work from.
What happens to my selfies?
They stay in your account until you delete them, one at a time or with your whole account. If you don't sign in for 24 months and have no plan running, we delete your account and your selfies with it, and email you 30 days before. We use them to make your photos and to check them for abuse, and never to train AI models. Privacy policy
What does a shoot cost?
A shoot of 5 photos is 25 credits, 5 a photo. $19 buys 125 credits, enough for 5 shoots like that. Luala shows the cost before every shoot.
What are the 8 free photos?
When you save your selfies, Luala makes one photo of you from each of 8 popular packs, once per account. You see them before you pay for anything.
Are the photos marked as AI?
Yes. Every photo carries a mark in its file that says it was made with AI.
What if I change my mind?
Within 14 days of a purchase, you get back what you paid for the credits from it you haven't used. One tap in Billing, and nobody asks why. Refund guarantee
